Mija Moments

MIJA Moments is a virtual gathering space, co-created to meet the individual needs of the professional women of color. For organizations who wish to sponsor their ethnically diverse staff in a soul soothing brave space a virtual gathering can be co-created just for your unique needs. Participants will experience the benefits of coaching, mentoring, and leadership skill building. The experience is one of reflection, recharging, and rejuvenating. This confidential gathering experience is for all women of color who find themselves at the intersection of gender and ethnicity as it plays itself out daily. New friendships will be forged, mentors and advocates appear as you develop a personal board of directors.
